BodyStep™ is an energized workout for everyone. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks for fat burning and muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

About Les Mills

Les Mills group fitness-to-music classes are delivering the results people want and changing lives! Great music and passionate instructors inspire exhilarating workouts that more and more club members are making part of their regular fitness routine.

Classes are currently running in more than 13,000 clubs in more than 70 independent countries, with an estimated six million participants a week. Les Mills’ Program Directors create a new class (music and choreography) for each program every three months. They draw on the latest trends in music and their understanding of what constitutes a great workout as well as the latest developments in exercise science and Les Mills’ ongoing research and development program.

Les Mills’ instructors must have the minimum national fitness qualification available in their countries and usually have fitness training experience. Instructors attend modules where they receive training in the five key elements of choreography, technique, coaching, connection and creating fitness magic. Once qualified, instructors receive the quarterly program resources, together with ongoing support and training. Outstanding instructors with leadership skills and an aptitude for helping others to reach their potential make Les Mills an awesome program!
