All parties have 15 minutes before party to setup and 15 minutes after party to clean up.

No outside food or drinks (except water)

If there are 20 children in the party they are considered the guests and if additional children and or adults would like ice cream, juice box, paper products, goodie bags, they must pay the additional guest fee. The party package is only for 20 people additional guest fee is $5 per extra guest.

If you would like to add and additional Add-Ons to your package your party coordinator must know 10 days in advance to ensure request is met.

When you book your party you have 48 hours to pay for your party in full. Party and party date is only guaranteed once paid in full. If another client wants to book a party and pay in full we will call you to give you the opportunity to pay in full to reserve spot, if you are unable to then you will need to pick another day/time.

Cancellations must be made through your Party Coordinator and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee when made 14 days or more prior to the date of the party. Seven to 13 days prior, the cancellation fee will be equal to 50%of the total cost of the party. No refunds will be issued fewer than seven (7) days prior to the date of the scheduled party.
