Interval Spin

Most Intense form of spin! Highest fat-burning spin class! Interval training! Does give options for beginners! Variety of intensity training focusing heart rate training at 65-92% maximum heart rate. Class Length: 45 minute

Strength Spin

Perfect for all spinners focusing on maintaining a steady climb type of ride 75%-85% maximum heart rate focus. Class Length: 45 minute
